Update 12 dropped last week, and as per normal caused a few issues along the way. Most of these appear to have been addressed quite rapidly, however, as ever the Issue Tracker remains busy. For those who haven’t seen the Patch Notes yet, you can find them here:

As part of his ongoing work on studying the Thargoids, mad scientist, Professor Palin has requested deliveries of a selection of Thargoid goods.
He is offering to provide those who help with his studies with credits and Engineered Hull Reinforcements Packs.
SERVER NEWS
As part of the ongoing expansion of NEWP to steadily take over the universe, we have now added a new channel to the latest game we are starting to provide support for - Space Engineers. If you would like to get together with other folks from NEWP, and either share information / guidance / help, or alternatively ask for the help you need to learn the game, head down to the space-engineers channel on discord.

Have you had a brush with some unsavoury scallywag at a Community Goal and found yourself bereft of your cargo or vessel? Want to become a better pilot? We have the answer! The New Pilots Initiative Presents - Gank Survival Training.
Come and learn how to survive in Open Play against hostile players this Saturday the 18th of June at 1800 Gametime (UTC).
You’ll learn how to build your ship to survive Open Play, get theoretical and practical 1 on 1 experience with notorious gankers, and if you’re feeling up to it… a 4 v 1 challenge for the ultimate learning experience; The Gauntlet.

Also, if you’d like to ask any questions or get your ship build checked, feel free to use the events-channel on discord to ask for help and advice, both before and during the event.

20th - 27th June - Guardian Tech Run
Start Time: TBC
A free trip about CMDR Eldred’s carrier to get down to the guardian sites to help you unlock all the modules and weapons that you want to get your hands on.
